In the modern world, many are tempted to despair by the circumstances of life or eke out lives of quiet desolation. How can we retain our hope when everything around us seems to be dragging us down? This short formation course explores: the theological virtue of hope; despair and presumption, the two sins against hope; and how we can hold onto hope in adversity.
